About the Event
In-person, all classes will consist of 6-week sessions with a 2-week break in between. Classes will focus on energy flow, breathe, Kemetic poses, sequences, and postures utilized to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance focusing on women ascending into the change of life. Bring a yoga mat and water. Sound healing will also be incorporated during meditation. Classes are 60 minutes in length. Classes taught by Senior Certified International Kemetic Yoga Instructor, CYT- 200, Maticia Sudah. Begins: July 16 - August 20, 2023 Classes are held: SUNDAY SESSIONS: Every Sunday from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm Pacific Time Cost: Per 6-week Session In-Person - $125 *Class sessions are not transferable between sessions
