COVID TRAVEL**** IMPORTANT UPDATE ****
All travelers who are 12 years of age or over, All travelers who are 12 years of age or over, will no longer need covid testing or travel authorization.
An approved location has been secured for Covid-19 testing the day before departure from Jamaica.
The cost is $6000 Jamaican dollars which is a little less than $40.00 US. Printed results are given within 15 minutes.
PASSPORT
Have your passport ready with a minimum of 6 months before the expiration date.
ARRIVAL
Arrive by 12:00 pm, June 2, 2023, at Montego Bay Jamaica (MBJ) airport for transportation to the resort. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the resort if you are late or if you arrive at a different airport other than Montego Bay Jamaica (MBJ).
AIRPORT DROP-OFF
Airport drop-off will be 12:00 pm, June 9 after an early breakfast. Book your travel accordingly.

DEPOSIT

INVESTMENT
-Early bird special of $4000.00 if PAID IN FULL ONLY. Early Bird special time frame is November 25-February 14, 2023.
-$4,500.00 January 1 - March 31
-$4,800 after March 31, 2023
-Deposit required of $2000.00 for payment plans
-All balances due May 1, 2023.
-Flight is not included
-Retreat includes ground transportation, 3 meals per day, villa accommodations and more.
PAYMENT PLAN

WAIVER
UPON PAYMENT, attendees agree to hold staff and volunteers of ‘An Ascension Of Life…Mastering Menopause’ harmless from any minor or major injuries, including but not limited to death (accidental or intentional). An email will be sent to you upon registration for your electronic signature.
